Formerly "To China For Kelly"
When I originally set up this blog, it was to chronicle our trip to China to adopt our daughter, Kelly; thus the title, "To China For Kelly." But now that I've decided to keep it up as my on-line scrapbook/journal, the title needs updating.
Inspired by my girls, who, despite their ten year age difference, both love lollipops and lip gloss; it is now titled, "From Lollipops to Lip Gloss." This is not to leave my son out, who also loves lollipops, but isn't too big on lip gloss, understandably!
Clint went exploring in Guangzhou a little bit the other day- here are some of the sights he saw.

Is that pretty building your Hotel? I'd never make it on "Survivor" after looking at the large pan of scorpions! Of course I wouldn't put it past Mr. Adventurer ~ Clint to think about trying one cooked! Yuck! lol. Apparently there is a definate mix of old world with more modern ways. What an adventure you're having! Wish we were all there! OK, now where are the pictures of Kelly? :)
That IS our hotel, Nancy! It's very nice! It looks like the close up of the game pieces I mentioned never made it on- did I forget to send that one to you, Jen? Anyway, yes, these delicacies do look like something straight off of Survivor, huh! YIKES! More pics of Kelly are on the way. Miss & love you!!! Oh, PS. Kelly cried violently when I tried to put a headband on her. Apparently they scare her! Sorry!!!

Hide those headbands! Kelly doesn't need to wear one, she is too cute just like she is. Jennifer and Clint, she is going to light up ya'lls lives in a whole new way! I know that Camryn and Caleb are chomping at the bit, waiting for all of you to come home! What a fabulous reunion! Just follow the red thread home. I just want to squeeze ALL of you. I love you FIVE so much!
HI, I give it to Client for the sight seeing he does! It's good for us we get the adventure in our living room! Have you guys ate anything you weren't sure of? I read your comment on the headband, she is probably scared of always getting those locks cut!!! That bow was so cute though!! Her dark hair and a cute bright bow...definitly kissable! Can't wait to have you guys home.
Well...those aren't everyday sights now are they? LOL Clint keep taking the unusal shots of the culture...I love things foreign and those are some foreign shots.
