Formerly "To China For Kelly"

When I originally set up this blog, it was to chronicle our trip to China to adopt our daughter, Kelly; thus the title, "To China For Kelly." But now that I've decided to keep it up as my on-line scrapbook/journal, the title needs updating.
Inspired by my girls, who, despite their ten year age difference, both love lollipops and lip gloss; it is now titled, "From Lollipops to Lip Gloss." This is not to leave my son out, who also loves lollipops, but isn't too big on lip gloss, understandably!

Kelly's Auntie here - Is she the YUMMIEST, most gorgeous baby ever? Yes, I really think she must be! And look how smart - already reading!

Reading! By golly she is already reading ENGLISH! What a precocious little angel! Wait 'til Kelly meets her big brother, Caleb and big sister, Camryn. They are absolutely brilliant, too! Not only brains but beautiful and handsome, too! These photos are wonderful! What a beautiful child. Every good and perfect gift comes from the Father above. Keep those photos coming!

I just love her pictures with her blanket. Make sure you have alot of those on hand huh? We all know you are busy so dont feel bad about not blogging so much we understand. Your hands are full now. I cannot tell you how much it means to us that you are taking the time to keep us informed. I told a friend the other day "I feel like I am living in China." Every so often I check your blog to see if anything new is going on. I think I need a life.
Well I have to tell clint those were some good pictures but PLEASE dont bring the creatures home. I am sure he loved to sight see like that, that is so clint.
Well you 3 take care and counting down the days until you are home. Enjoy seeing China with Kelly.

Hugs and Kisses

Jimmy and I are cracking up at classic adventure-seeking Clint and content-to-be-homebody Jen doing their thing even in China. How many outfits a day does Kelly get to model? I'm sure if it were us it would be the exact same scenario...our men just don't sit in one place well. Libby is grinding her new teeth too now that she has some on top and bottom. It's like nails on a chalkboard isn't it? The stronger my reaction the funnier she thinks it is. Again, can't wait to get those two together. We'll have a joint B-day party in July since Kelly wasn't with you yet for hers. Love you much.

Hi guys! Just had a second where I could actually get on so I thought I'd say a quick hello. Thanks for keeping the comments coming- it's always a delight to hear what you guys have to say. I always read them aloud to Clint and it warms our hearts to hear all the loving response from each one of you. Jen & Jimmy, glad you joined in! Can't wait for that birthday party for our baby girls! Clint sure would love it if Jimmy were here to go explore with him- they'd have a ball. Oh, and Jen, yes, I'm going a little crazy with the cute outfits on Kelly, but you know I have lots of time to make up for! Give Kathryn, Ryan, and Libby big hugs. We can't wait to introduce them to the newest little Kneip! See you all in a week!!! More pictures are coming soon. Love to all.
